The Disciplinary Committee, of the Jamaica Football Federation comprised of Mr. Heron Dale, Ms. Rose-Marie Allen, Ms. Jacqueline Cummings and Mr. Neville Oxford, met on Thursday, November 9 and made the following decisions.
