FINANCIAL REPORTS AT 2007 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Jamaica Football Federation categorically refutes reports in the media of a rejection of the financial reports presented at the Federation’s Annual General Meeting held in Montego Bay on Sunday, February 11. The Articles of Association and By-laws that guide the Federation state that audited financial reports should be circulated to all delegates at least 45 days prior to the convening of Congress. The audited financial report for 2005 was circulated less than 45 days prior to the AGM on February 11 and the reason for this was explained. As a result the Congress agreed to reschedule discussions and debates about the Audited Financial Report for 2005 and convene an Extra-ordinary Congress within 60 days in accordance with the Articles of Association and By-laws. Comparative figures for 2003 – 2006 were presented by the Treasurer and were discussed and accepted at the AGM along with the Treasurer’s overview of the 2006 un-audited reports.
